Mmm... Raw Honey

Updated: Mar 29, 2023

Have you ever tried raw honey? If you haven't, then you're probably wondering what it tastes like, also probably what else is so good about it?

Well, wonder no more. Our honey comes from Spain. And is taken directly from the hive, from nature as is. You can get your hands on a jar by selecting one of our Electrolytes & Immune Defence fruit box.

For those of us whom are all into the detail, here it is:

Our honey is - Raw, Unpasteurised & 100% Soil Association Certified Organic.

Single source honey, pure as it was in the hives, nothing added nothing taken away; all the good bits still in the honey.

Flavour: raw organic multifloral honey generally has a light and creamy flavour with a slight menthol taste and a good amount of floral wild flowers, though it can also have a much darker and bolder flavour depending on the batch.

Multifloral honey can vary quite a bit from batch to batch as the flowers and plants will change due to the weather. We also sometimes get a batch of multifloral honey, which comes from the forest, and is much darker and stronger in flavour.

They are produced masterfully, in wilderness hives based in a UNESCO biosphere reserve in the Sierra De Guadarrama mountain range north of Madrid, Spain.

Please be aware that raw honey naturally crystallises over time. You can return it to liquid by placing it in warm water (no more than 35 degrees).
