Carrots, Pineapple, Banana, Ginger, Cashew Nuts & Lime


Ingredients


500ml carrot juice, chilled or blended/juice carrots yourself

200g pineapple (fresh or canned)

2 bananas, broken into chunks

small piece ginger, peeled

20g cashew nuts

juice 1 lime


Instructions


Put the ingredients in a blender and let it spin until completely smooth. You may drink straight away or pour into bottle to drink on the go. Keep in the fridge for a day.
