Let me explain…
Sometimes when we are hungry, the body is actually not hungry for food, but for energy. The brain sends signals that we are used too, but because we haven't been adequately educated, our moderns selves haven't yet come to figure out and distinguish the difference. Through learning and being conscience of ourselves, we may be able to improve on this however.
Give it a go. The next time you're willing to undertake some work or on your lunch break, stay off the rice and the burgers or chips, cos once you sit down, you know you'll be asleep from 1pm to about 2:30pm.
So try eating, or drinking energy. Drinking will move the nutrients quicker to your bloodstream. Try it
