This 4-Weeks Plan in an accelerated beginner’s program, involving full-body exercise to keep you in shape and on track to your desired fitness and physique. In this plan, your first month of training will demanding your full focus and control in a progressive sense that each week you’ll graduate to different exercises, higher volume, more intensity. The program is for those in need of maintaining what they have achieved thus far in their training, also for the true beginner, including anyone who has taken some leave/level of absence from training.
